Cream has a range of
uses suitable for consumer and industrial process applications, including
desserts, ice cream, whipping cream, sauces and confectionery. Fast frozen
after manufacture to retain its delicious creamy taste and properties, cream
with 40-42% fat is frozen at -18°C for transportation and export. It is packed
in 10 or 20 kg cartons.
